Our philosophy
Black Rope Compagnie is an artistic duo that blends circus arts, theater, and BDSM practices.
Through their shows, they build bridges between these worlds, contributing to openness and demystification, far from the stereotypes that can be associated with them.
Their productions, sometimes poetic, sometimes playing with clichés, question our society and the place given to these practices.
By inviting spectators to participate, they encourage the uninitiated to take a first step through the looking glass. A deep connection emanates from their shows: tenderness and aftercare are integral parts of their performances.
Where to find us?
We are based in southeastern France, near Aix-en-Provence, but we operate throughout France (Southwest, Central, Paris region, etc.) and regularly abroad (Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, etc.).

What is include?
Beyond the artistic performance, we adapt the technique to your needs. If you don't have a suitable anchor point for shibari, we can provide the necessary structure.
